Returning products: according to the legislation in force (emergency order UG 34/2014), any Vocalzone.ro customer can return products ordered from our website Vocalzone.ro within 14 days.

Specifically, we accept any return order, except for those that contain unopened or damaged products. According to the same legislation, the shipping costs of returned orders are borne by the customer.

After receiving the return order and checking the package within 5 working days, we will deliver money to the customer by bank transfer. The customer will be required not to transmit bank account details and personal data.

We ensure that this data according to the personal data protection policy will only be used to honor the money transfer.
