What is personal data?
According to the GDPR, "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"). An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific elements, specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.
There is no list of personal data, and the GDPR does not require states to create such a list, for the simple reason that data can become personal data in a certain context and simply be a information without personal data value.
Here are some examples of personal data:
• the name;
• one's domicile or residence;
• an e-mail address (including addresses of the type andrei.popescu@firma.ro);
• bulletin, passport or identity card number;
• location data (for example, the location data function available on a mobile phone)*;
• an IP;
• a cookie ID;
• someone's silhouette from CCTV footage;
• a car registration number;

The information we collect
commalzone.ro collects personal data in two important ways:
Information provided directly by you, through Vocalzone.ro forms (for example, as a result of registering as a member of the Vocalzone.ro community, as a result of requesting a Vocalzone.ro service, as a result of orders placed on the website or as a result of subscribing to the Vocalzone.ro newsletters).
Information we obtain when you use our services (for example, we process the history of your interactions with our newsletters in order to be able to understand and limit the newsletters to those that interest you, the history of your orders, etc.).
Data provided by you, directly
Vocalzone.ro uses forms through which you can create an account, order, leave reviews or register for the informative Vocalzone.ro newsletters. These forms include fields such as name, email address, mobile phone number, access password, details regarding the delivery address of some products, billing details, etc.
We use this data to allow you access to the site and to be able to deliver the products and services you have chosen to receive (the ordered product, newsletters, etc.). The legal basis for this processing is the entry and execution of a contract to which you are a party (whenever you perform the above operations, you agree with the terms and conditions of the provision of those services) or your consent, if we are talking about carrying out commercial communications to you, without talking about similar products and services that you have already purchased from us, where we are entitled to send you commercial communications (but we will continue, permanently, to offer you the possibility to unsubscribe from that kind of communication).
We may also sometimes need to request additional tax information where we are required by law to file tax returns in relation to the products and services you order. In that case, we will refer to your address (necessary to be entered on the tax invoice), but also other tax data that the law obliges us to collect and process in connection with the transaction in question. In this situation, the legal basis for processing will be represented by the obligation to comply with the provisions of the legislation.
We do not use your data to send marketing communications unless you explicitly opt-in for such communications. Even in such cases, we ensure that you have an easy-to-use option to unsubscribe (withdraw consent) at any time, either in the communication itself or by contacting us by email or phone.
Vocalzone.ro also offers the possibility to send us a message. The data you send following the use of this contact option is processed based on our legitimate interest to respond to your request and / or to keep a record of your complaint, consultation request and others similar. This data is stored for 5 years.

Cookies and other similar technologies
In the early days of the Internet, websites had no memory. This is why, in the first versions of the sites, it was not possible to authenticate visitors, nor to use aids such as shopping baskets, in the case of online stores or other mechanisms that help the user and the site to recognize each other on other visits.
Cookies were invented precisely to fix this problem. They are small text files, placed on a visitor's terminal, which play the role of site memory. Whenever the person in question accesses a certain site, he can write or read in the cookie he placed on the terminal all kinds of information that the visitor has already sent to the web site, directly or indirectly. Later, other technologies aimed at the same type of purpose were developed from here. We have tried to describe each such technology below.
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile devices when you access websites. "Direct" cookies are set by the domains you are visiting at that moment (eg Vocalzone.ro.ro). "Third-party" cookies are set by domains other than those of the sites you visit (eg domains other than Vocalzone.ro).
The mobile advertising code is a unique identifier (ID) set by your mobile device's operating system. This ID helps apps you install on your device that may contain ads to recognize you. Most devices allow apps to access your mobile advertising ID by default. However, you can change your device settings to prevent your device from sharing this code with various apps. Check the "Help" section for operating systems to learn more about managing mobile advertising IDs. On Android, Advertising means the Android Advertising ID, on iOS devices it means the ID for Advertiser (IDFA).
Most cookies can be included in one of the categories below:
(a) Strictly Necessary: these cookies are essential in providing the services requested by you. Without them, the website cannot function or deliver the services provided (authentication, shopping cart, etc.).
(b) Performance: these cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, such as which pages are most popular, which method of connecting between pages is most effective, and whether users encounter error messages on web pages . These cookies allow us to offer a high-quality experience to our visitors, as well as to measure the audience of Vocalzone.ro pages. The information collected by these cookies does not identify users. These are designed to help improve the performance of our website.
This website uses Google Analytics, an internet traffic analysis program provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help Vocalzone.ro analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about the use of Vocalzone.ro (including your IP address) will be transmitted and stored by Google.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of Vocalzone.ro, compiling reports on the site's activity and providing other services related to Vocalzone.ro's activity. Google may also transmit this information to third parties, if this is required by law or if these third parties are agents who process the information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate your IP address with other data held by Google. You can refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
Vocalzone.ro has activated the anonymization function of your IPs, so that they cannot be used by Google for any purpose other than that necessary for the analysis of Vocalzone.ro traffic
(c) Functional: these cookies remember the choices you make, to improve your experience.

What cookies are used?

The fixed files remain on the user's terminal for a period in the Cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
The cookies used by Vocalzone.ro are: Google Analytics, Contendo, Google Experiments,
The third parties that have access to the traffic data provided through cookies on the Vocalzone.ro website are: While(1) Software; delivery companies: Fan Courier, Urgent-Cargus; email marketing services: Mailchimp; online payment processors (Payu).

What rights do you have as a user of Vocalzone.ro?
The regulation recognizes a series of 8 important rights for data subjects (the operator is obliged to ensure their compliance):
1. The right to information - art. 13 and 14 GDPR. It allows the data subjects to know, right from the moment of collection, how that data will be used, to whom it will be disclosed or transferred, what rights the data subjects have regarding the processed data, etc.
2. The right of access to data - art. 15 GDPR. It allows you to obtain, from us, a confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed or not and, if so, access to the respective data and other useful information.
3. The right to delete data - art. 17 GDPR. It allows you to obtain from us the deletion of your personal data, without undue delay. There are, however, exceptions to this rule, such as the idea that some data are processed to give the public the right to information, that they are processed for statistical or archiving purposes, that they are processed to fulfill a legal obligation or that we process them for establishing or defending a right in court.
4. The right to rectification of data - art. 16 GDPR. It allows you to obtain from us, without undue delay, the rectification or completion of inaccurate personal data concerning you.
5. The right to data restriction - art. 18 GDPR. It is a temporary right. In some situations, between the moment when, for example, we take the decision to delete certain data (we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of processing) and the actual deletion of the data, you send us a request by which you oppose the deletion, giving reasons the fact that you need this data to establish, exercise or defend a right in court. As a result of such a request, we will "freeze" the data, stopping their processing for a certain period of time.
6. The right to data portability - art. 20 GDPR. You have the right to receive the personal data that concern you and that you have provided to the operator (who processes them on the basis of a contract or on the basis of your consent, by automatic means) in a structured format, currently used and which can be read automatically and you have the right to transmit this data to another operator, without obstacles from our side. In other words, the personal data will be offered to you, in a structured format, so that you can decide whether to download them or, on the contrary, to send them to another operator.
