HOW IT IS DELIVERED

when placing an order, regardless of the payment method, you will be notified by email or phone. orders paid online can be modified by the supplier by notifying the customer in advance, regarding the existence or not of the stock. the processing of orders with home delivery is done in the order of placing the orders.

The existence of the product in stock as well as the details about the condition of the product (new/resealed) will be confirmed by a Vocalzone operator (by phone or e-mail). if, for various reasons, you refuse 3 orders / returned products, we reserve the right to refuse honoring future orders. THE DELIVERY PRICE OF THE PARCEL IS STANDARD 15 RON / PARCEL REGARDLESS OF THE LOCATION OF THE CUSTOMER. Shipping is FREE for orders over 200 RON. The delivery time varies between 1 - 3 working days depending on the volume of orders.
